Fees
The following fees (prices in Euro) apply for participants at the conference.

* The early bird final registration deadline will be the 15.06.2025. However, authors of a full paper are required to register latest by 31.05.2025.
** This reduced fee applies to Master’s, as well as PhD students.
Registration
At least one of the authors of each contribution is required to register to the conference.
The registration will open in April 2025.

Additional information: registration
The conference fee includes participation of conference day 1, day 2 and day 3, as well as the conference dinner (at day 2).
Conference day 1 and day 2 will take place at the conference venue “das Weitzer”.
Conference day 3 will comprise an excursion to the site of our industry partner, AVL List GmbH.
